Evening: Fasnacht Lörrach, exuberant "Gugge Explosion", carnival brass bands and costumed cliques, music, dance and fun until early morning.
February 22, 2009, Sunday Lörrach Street Carnival and castle of Rötteln
City tour Lörrach, where the 1st. German Republic has been declared, visit to castle of Rötteln. Carnival´s Reception at Burghof Arts Centre. Afternoon: Be part of Lörrach Street Carnival with hundreds of carnival figures, Gugge brass bands, carnival floats and showers of sweets and confetti.
